Statement by Mr Pellegrini, Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic about the Government's Measures from 11 March 2020:

➡️Closing of all three international airports
➡️ Mandatory 14-day quarantine for people with permanent or temporary residence in Slovakia who return from abroad
➡️ closing schools and school facilities
➡️ introduction of temporary border controls with all neighboring states except the Republic of Poland, at this border the situation will be continuously monitored
➡️ restrictions on international and domestic train and bus transport, transport restrictions do not apply to import and supply
➡️ closure of bars, ski resorts, wellness centers, theme parks and water parks
➡️ closure of social and cultural facilities
➡️ limited operation of shopping centers - only groceries, medicines and drugstores can be purchased during the weekend.
